Stretford Hill Limited, an indigenous Nigerian integrated construction firm, has successfully completed the structural and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works for Canary Points headquarters, a new five-storey commercial development located in Lekki, Lagos.
The project’s commissioning was attended by notable personalities including Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, Deputy Governor of Lagos State; Kayode Lambo, Chairman of Canary Point Holdings; and Idris Ibrahim, Group Managing Director of Canary Point Holdings, alongside government officials and industry stakeholders.
As the principal contractor responsible for the structure and MEP systems, Stretford Hill managed the full scope of construction from foundation through to the roof slab and installed the complex building services. Other specialist contractors and consultants were engaged for interior finishing and additional project components.
